Inglesina Classica Pram

Today I made a Squidoo lens on the Inglesina Classica Pram. I just love these prams. When I was a child these were the style of prams that everyone used. I remember pushing my baby brother around in one. It was like the King's Carriage! I'm showing my age here! Living in England in the sixties we didn't have a car so we use to walk a lot, although public transport was very good. The pram was taken everywhere and used constantly.

These days though, parents want a pram that is easy to stack into the car and one that is lightweight and folds easily. The Inglesina Classica is a luxury item and a pram that you just want for the sake of wanting it!
They are absolutely gorgeous prams, so old-fashioned looking, and very comfy for the baby.

There are plenty of colours to choose from and it's very hard to choose which one to buy as they are all gorgeous. My children are mostly grown now, but I have one grandaughter (almost two) and how I would love to take her out for a stroll in one of these beauties! These prams get a lot of attention when out and about and the baby doesn't do too bad either! They definately are an incentive to take the baby out for a walk as it is such a joy to push one around the neighbourhood or the park.

If you are looking for a family heirloom and a classic beautiful pram then you can't go past the Inglesina Classica pram. They are not cheap but it is worth every penny to have one of these beautiful prams for yourself and your baby.

Do You Really Need a FarmVille Guide?

FarmVille Secrets

I consider myself to be relatively well educated in the latest generation of social networking site games like Mafia Wars, Vampire Wars, and such. Having five children including four sons that are game mad keeps me on my toes where games are concerned. That's why when I started to see these FarmVille guides popping up all over the place I was kind of surprised. I mean, I can see why people might need some tips to get going in games like Mafia Wars, but FarmVille?

FarmVille Secrets

At this point though I hadn't actually played the game, but I didn't really think it could be all that complicated. My newphew is a FarmVille farmer and he sends me updates on Facebook all the time, so I thought that I should check it out! I wanted to try it so that I knew what he was talking about. I thought that it would be so easy but I was in for a rather big surprise. In no time, I was out of money and had no crops to plant. I now know how local farmers feel as I live in a rural area which has been drought affected for many years. I have to admit, there is way more to this game than I had anticipated.

FarmVille Secrets

I eventually managed to dig myself out of my original hole and out of the red, but I still wasn't making all that much progress. I started to think that maybe I needed to see what these guides were all about. I wasn't really expecting much, but since I hadn't done so well on my own either, I figured it was worth a shot. I needed all the help I could get!

So I picked up a guide called FarmVille secrets, and was pleasantly surprised by the useful tips I found in it. You wouldn't think there were so many ways you could screw up a virtual farm, but believe me, you can. I was still stumbling along at level 6 when I got the guide after 2 weeks of playing regularly. Now I'm the proud owner of a plantation and a level 26 Sultan of Soil. And I still look back at my guide from time to time. If you're having trouble getting into the swing of things in FarmVille, this guide is not a bad investment. Now all I need is more time to play!

My First Visit to the U.S.A.

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I returned from Los Angeles after a three day whirlwind visit. I attended John Paul Raygoza's Success Rate Seminar. It was only a small group and I had a great time, learnt heaps and made some new friends. The Success Rate guys were the best, very knowledgable, and very nice people. I was spoilt rotten the whole time, with great accommodation, great food and I left armed with some new skills to further my marketing efforts.

I didn't see much of Los Angeles as the course was pretty much full on the whole time. I left Australia on Wednesday afternoon and arrived in LA Wednesday morning. I was exhausted after the long 14 hour flight. I found security to be a bit of a nightmare. I had my body frisked down before I could get on  the plane which upset me a bit and then when I arrived in LA I was fingerprinted, photographed and interrogated!. So was everyone else mind you. It took me two hours to get through the security and customs. I felt like an enemy of the state and wanted to catch the next flight home.

After my airport ordeal, everything was positive. I was collected from the airport and taken to the hotel to rest for a while. That evening I met everyone else and we all had a delicious meal at La Prima restaurant in the Westin Bonaventure hotel. I had the nicest steak ever! We all got to know each other better and I had a really nice evening.

The next morning we met for breakfast at 0730 hours, then we had school all day with a break for lunch. I had so much information in my head that I found it impossible to sleep that night. We had dinner at the City Club which was also absolutely delicious!
Friday was the final day. We all had a great learning experience and became friends. I was given two books to read that were actually on my "books to get" list, so I was very happy. The books were 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill, and 'How To Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Carnegie.

I flew back home to Australia on Friday evening and found the airport not so stressful on leaving. I had a wonderful time but didn't get to see much of California because of the time constraints. I would love to return and do the touristy stuff next time. Everyone I met was very friendly and I just love America and the American people. It's not so different to Austalia in many ways.

Affiliate Marketing 101: Learn from the professionals

Have you ever ventured into the world of Affiliate Marketing? Where you sell products on behalf of companies and get a commission for it? I have. Unfortunately I was finding that I wasn't earning what I expected. I didn't think I could earn millions but hopefully a reasonable sum.

I heard all these success stories of individuals making vast sums of money from this venture and I wanted in on the act too. I was about ready to give up when I found a report that practically changed my whole plan for affiliate marketing and allowed me join these successful individuals. Some 90% of affiliate marketers fail outright or give up when they realize that they aren't making what is expected; I was nearly one of these people.

"Affiliate Marketing 101" is like Ronseal, it does exactly what it says on the tin. (ok, non UK readers may not get that) so I'll put it simpler - "Affiliate Marketing 101" tells you exactly what you need to do to become successful at affiliate marketing. It lists the Do's and Don'ts of affiliate marketing and I was amazed to find how many "Don'ts" I had performed since embarking on my career. Too often I tried to be totally unique and innovative where sometimes simplicity and proven methods work best.

The great thing about it? I'm already experiencing results and I found this report only last week. I'm not saying this will change your life forever or within 10 minutes of reading this you will become so enlightened that you make $1 million by dinner, but what you will find is a simple and easy to understand document that can radically alter the way you approach affiliate marketing.

I suggest you read it, absorb its message and then spread the word. I know I have!

Follow the Recipe and Profit with My First Teleseminar

Click Here To Download Your Free Teleseminar Guide

There are many affiliate marketing plans that do not take the time to teach you step by step how to recreate the successful campaigns that they have used to become rich. My First Teleseminar is different because it takes you through an eight week training course, by the end of which you will know the language and skills that you need to host and promote successful teleseminars in your niche. In addition, you will get resources such as html based copy and paste templates that you can use to get started and promote your teleseminars and related products.

My First Teleseminar jump starts you into the system by giving you some quckstart steps to take in order to schedule and promote your first teleseminar. It then teaches you how to host that first teleseminar so that you can feel comfortable as a public speaker, even if that has never been your forte in the past. During the following six weeks of the My First Teleseminar training system, you will learn more in-depth techniques that will enable you to market more effectively, ensure attendance at the seminars, and follow up with clients to build your lists and create more lasting revenue.

You might think that a system like this that trains you from the beginning with videos, audio recordings, screenshots, templates and more would cost hundreds of dollars, especially considering that it will make you thousands of dollars once you learn how to use it. Instead, you can get started for free with the CD of the first week's lessons and then decide if you want to continue with the course. The course itself is only two payments of $27 and one of which is withdrawn at the start of the second week of classes, and the second of which is drawn going into the second month of classes. Cancel at any time for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Winter Olympics Workout for Fat Loss

The Winter Olympics are the hottest event in the world right now,
and fitness expert Craig Ballantyne has created a special workout
for you so that you can join in the excitement.

You can use this to burn fat at home with little or no equipment,
and join in the spirit of the inspirational Olympic Games at the
same time. Enjoy!

Over to Craig for the workout...

We'll start with the Moguls Warmup.

I chose the moguls for warm-up, because that's where the skiers do
all those crazy moves and look really mobile. One of the coolest
events, for sure.

1. Jumping Jacks - 20 reps
2. Duck Unders - 6 reps per side
(You'll step to the side squat down and duck under as you move)
3. Stickups - 10 reps
4. Seal Jumps - 20 reps
(These are like jumping jacks, but cross your arms in front of you)
5. Pushups -10 reps
(Let's pretend you wiped out so you have to do pushups to get back up)

Next, we move into the first event...

The Ski Jump
Do a 10 second hold in the bottom of squat and then do a vertical jump
Repeat 3 times, then move to...

The Downhill Ski Race
1 Long Jump
10 Bodyweight Squats
1 Long Jump
6 Walking Diagonal Lunges per side
1 Long Jump
20-30 second squat hold in bottom position
Repeat 3 times.

Next up, we move to Speed Skating Strength Training

1. Skater Jumps or Lateral Lunges - 8 reps per side
(Beginners must do the lateral lunges)
2. Spiderman Pushups or Elevated Pushups - 8 reps per side
(Let's pretend we've had another wipe-out...so we need to do
some pushups to practice getting up)
3. 1-leg Squats or Reverse Lunges - 12 reps per side
(Beginners must do the reverse lunges)

Take a water break here, and then move to more strength training,
this time courtesy of a weird sport...Curling.

The Curling Strength Circuit
1. Lunges - 15 reps per side (you can use weights if you want)
2. Spiderman Climbs - 10 reps per side
3. Close-grip Pushups - 20 reps
4. Biceps Curls - 10 reps per side
(Why curls? Because curlers love to drink beer, so you can do
dumbbell curls to practice for post-game beverages)

Take another water break.

Optional: Hockey Strength Circuit (Use dumbbells or kettlebells)

1. Split squat - 8 reps per side
(to build strong skating muscles)
2. 1-Arm Standing Shoulder Press - 8 reps per side
(to practice raising your stick in the air after you score a goal)
3. DB Row - 8 reps per side
(to strengthen your upper body & grip for hockey fights)

Figure Skating Bodyweight Strength Circuit

Now we combine bodyweight exercises for strength and finesse...

1. Reaching Lunge - 10 reps per side
2. 1-Leg RDL - 8 reps per side
3. Pushup or Dip or Overhead Press - 8 reps

Take another water break.

Sliding Sports Circuit (bobsled & luge)

1. Bobsled Push - 20 seconds
(For this, you'll need a "prowler sled" or a punching bag or weight
plate that can be pushed across the floor to simulate the start of
the bobsled race...or you could just do a 20 second sprint)

2. Stability Ball Plank or Plank - 45 seconds
(to simulate holding your body in the luge position)

3. Side Planks - 25 seconds per side

Next up, the plain ol' weird Biathlon (a combination of cross-country
skiing and shooting). We'll modify it so that we do:

1. Shuttle Sprints - 15 seconds
2. Plank - 60 seconds
(to simulate the shooting position)

And if possible, add in some type of skill component to simulate the
shooting...maybe shoot some basketball free throws...or shoot a
Supersoaker at a target on the wall...no wait, bad idea.

But I'm sure you can come up with something. (Safety first!)

And that's it.

Finish with a water break, cool down, awarding of some gold medals,
and closing ceremonies.

Hope you enjoyed that fun workout!
